The AI could not sort the pages of my gig cheat sheet

He built a Word document of cheat sheets for 40 songs for a gig the next day, each song title in Heading 1 style with the lyrics and chords below. He told the AI to sort the pages by that heading text, keeping the text as it was, and the AI could not do it. He says the graphics in the document block the sort.

This one went wrong. Read what happened so you don’t hit the same problem.

How it works

  1. Builds a document with one page per song, the title in Heading 1 style and the lyrics and chords below
  2. Tells the AI to sort all the pages by the Heading 1 text, keeping the text as it is
  3. The AI cannot do the sort, apparently because of the graphics

Why it’s worth knowing

Sorting pages by their headings sounds like a basic job for an assistant built into the word processor itself, and it still could not do it.
